Registering

Click the Login/Register link in the top right corner of the page.
Click the
Register link below the login window.
In the registration screen, enter your e-mail address. This will be the address to which notifications will be sent by the system, including a new password in case you forget your current one.
Enter your password twice, for verification purposes.
Enter your first name and last name. Please capitalize the first letters of your name and feel free to use any special characters in your name.
These are mandatory data, the rest of the input fields are optional.
Please note that only your first name and last name will be accessible to other users of the system!

After you have completed the registration form, press the "Register" button. Your information will be saved and you will be forwarded to the main page.

Note that a successful registration itself does not enable you to register for training sessions. You must join a club first. See the Club Memberships section.


Logging In

To log in, click theLogin/Register link in the top right corner of the page.
In the log-in window, enter your e-mail address and password.
Remember that both the e-mail and password are cAsE sEnSiTiVe!!


Forgotten Password

If you cannot remember your password, click the Forgot Password link below the login window.
Type in your e-mail address in the recovery window and press the "Recover Password" button.
Provided you supplied the correct e-mail address, a new random password will be generated and sent to your e-mail address.
Please change the random password after logging in. See the Managing Personal Information section below.


Managing Personal Information, Changing the Password

Log in with your e-mail and your password.
Click the My Account link in the top right corner of the page.
In the Personal Information window you can make changes to any item of your personal information.
In order to change your password, you must enter your current password, as well as the new password twice in the provided fields.
Pressing the "Save Changes" button will update the information, provided that all data are correct.

For configuring how you will be notified of scheduled training sessions, see the Changing Your Personal Club Notification Options section.


Club Memberships

In order to be able to register for a training session, you must first join a club. You may join as many clubs as you are a member of. Club memberships are not automatic, they are subject to approval by club managers. In order to join a club, click the My Memberships link on the left hand side navigation pane.
You will be presented with a list of all clubs. For each club, your membership type (hobby player, team player, etc.), your membership status (active, inactive or pending approval) is displayed, along with one or more action buttons.


Joining a Club

To join a club, press the "Join Club" button next to the desired club. You will be automatically granted a "pending approval" membership status and an e-mail will be dispatched to the club manager. Note that at this point you still have no access to registration for training sessions. As soon as the club manager approves your membership, your membership status will be updated and you will receive an e-mail notifying you of your new membership.


Joining a Team

After you have been confirmed as a member of your club, you may join one or more teams withinh the club, if any have been defined for your club. To join a club team, click the "Club Teams" link on the left hand side navigation pane. Choose a team from the list and click on "Join Team". The process is similar to joining the club - first you will be automatically granted a "pending approval" membership status and an e-mail will be dispatched to the club manager. Note that at this point you still have no access to registration for restricted training sessions of your team. As soon as the club manager approves your membership, your team membership status will be updated and you will receive an e-mail notifying you of your new membership.


Changing Your Personal Club Notification Options

Once your membership in the club has been approved, the "Edit Options" button becomes available for that club on the Club Memberships page. Pressing this button displays your personal notification options for the selected club.

You can manage the following notifications:
"Receive Information About Scheduled Training Sessions": every day at 14:00 hours the system sends attendance confirmation e-mails (see section Confirmation e-mails) about the next day's scheduled training session to every member of the club (reminders for Monday sessions are sent on Fridays). By ticking the boxes marked Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu or Fri you can select the days of week for which you would like to receive the automatic confirmation e-mails. For example, if you check "Wed" and uncheck all the others, you will only receive an e-mail on Tuesdays at 14:00.
Please note that members having the membership type of "Hobby Player" will not receive confirmation e-mails for training sessions marked as "Game" or "Preparation for Game".
Please note that members having the membership status "Inactive" will not receive any confirmation e-mails, regardless of the personal notification settings.

Also note that, for training sessions that are restriced to one or more teams, only the members of the designated teams will receive the notifications.
"Receive notifications about: Changed training sessions": if a training session for which you have indicated your attendance is changed (new time, type or location) and this box is checked, you will receive an e-mail informing you of the change.
"Receive notifications about: Cancelled training sessions": same as above, only for cancelled training sessions.


Leaving a Club

If you wish to leave a club, press the "Leave Club" button on the "Club Memberships" page. After confirming your action, your membership at the selected club will be terminated.
Please note that your name will no longer appear in the attendance lists of the training sessions that you may have joined before leaving the club!


Viewing Your Training Schedule

Click the My Schedule link on the left hand side navigation pane.
You will be presented with a list of all clubs. For each club of which you are an approved member, a button "View My Schedule" is displayed. When clicking this button, a list of all the selected club's future training sessions appears for which you have indicated attendance. You can click "Change" to directly access any particular training session.


Working With Club Schedule

You can access the club training schedule by selecting a club from the club list and then clicking the "Club Schedule" link on the left hand side navigation pane.
You will be presented with a calendar style display giving you an overview of the club's training schedule for seven weeks, starting with the current week.
Each row displays a particular day of week while each column shows a particular week. Each cell shows the one or more training sessions planned for the particular day of the particular week.
You can change the starting week by clicking the arrow buttons at the top of the calendar display.

Each training session is characterized by:
- type: training (green), preparation for game (orange), game (yellow) or special (blue)
- status: active or cancelled (red)
- starting time
- number of players attending: the display "7 (+2) players" means that seven people have given a positive indication of attendance, while two people have given a tentative indication (maybe). The number of those who indicated absence is not shown.


You can click the cell corresponding to a desired training session to obtain detailed information about the session. The following information is shown:
- status of the session
- type of this session
- maximum number of players allowed (optional)
- the designated teams and whether registration is restricted to these teams (optional)
- additional information, such as location etc. (optional)
- player list


The player list shows all club members who have indicated their attendance (yes / no / maybe) in the order of registration. A small triangle icon next to a member's name means that the member has provided a comment. It can be viewed by holding the mouse over the icon. An icon may appear in the right column next to a member's name. A "key" icon means that the person has a key to the training facilities. A "ball" icon means the person is a coach/trainer. A "whistle" icon means the person is a referee.

If a maximum number of players for a training session has been set then a red line will be displayed as soon as the maximum number of confirmed or tentative attendances have been resgistered. Further registrations will be accepted but they will be shown below this red line. Note that in case a player above the red line updates his or her attendance status to "Absent", the red line will be moved to below the next player registered as confirmed or tentative.


Indicating Attendance

Access the club training schedule by selecting a club from the club list and then clicking the "Club Schedule" link on the left hand side navigation pane.
Click the desired training session in the calendar.
The details of the session and the player list is shown.
Below the player list, a box for indicating attendance is displayed. It shows your current attendance status, a list of choices and a comment field.
You have three choices to indicate your attendance:
- confirmed in case you are sure you will attend
- tentative in case you a not quite sure but are intending to attend if possible. Note that in this case you will receive a repeated confirmation e-mail two hours before the scheduled start of the session!
- absent in case you will definitely not be attending.


Please make full use of the registration system and indicate attendance for every training session you are concerned with, also by indicating absence: this is the way other members will know who will show up for the actual training and so can better plan their own time! Remember: the system depends on every member's input!


Pressing the "Update Status" button will register or update your attendance status for the selected session.


Updating attendance status is not possible in the following situations when:
- you are not a member of the club
- your club membership status is "Inactive"
- for training sessions restricted to teams, when you are not a member of the team
- your membership type is "Hobby Player" and the training session type is "Game" or "Preparation for Game"
- the training session status is "Cancelled"
- the training session start date lies in the past no retroactive attendance updates are possible once a session has started.


Indicating Multiple Attendances

Access the club training schedule by selecting a club from the club list and then clicking the "Club Schedule" link on the left hand side navigation pane.
Provided the schedule shows training sessions for which you are able to register, a button named "Register For Multiple Sessions" will be displayed directly below the calendar. When you click this button, inside the box of every training session for which you have registration rights there will appear three radio buttons. They correspond to the choices (left to right) "yes", "maybe" and "no" for that particular training session. In case you have previously indicated your attendance for a given session, the corresponding button will be selected. If no attendance has yet been indicated, none of the three buttons will be selected.
Make your choices and click "Update Attendance" button to save your updated attendance information, or click "Cancel" to hide the radio buttons and exit multiple registration mode without saving your changes.


Confirmation e-mails

The registration system automatically sends attendance confirmation e-mails to club members. To configure when you receive your personal notifications, see the Changing Your Personal Club Notification Options section.
There are two types of confirmation e-mails: regular and reminders.


Regular confirmation e-mails are sent to all active members of the club at 14:00 on the day before the scheduled training session.
Note that an e-mail is not sent in the following cases:
- for cancelled sessions
- for members with membership type "Hobby Player" where the session type is "Game" or "Preparation for Game"
- for members with membership status "inactive"
- for members who have already indicated their attendance manually
- for members of the club who are not on the team(s) designated for a restricted training session


Each regular confirmation e-mail contains three direct one-time links for indicating your attendance: one for confirmed, tentative and absent. By clicking one of these links, you will automatically be taken to the registration website and the attendance status corresponding to the clicked link will be added to the training session without you having to log in to the system. This is possible because each such link contains a unique key which directly identifies you, the training session and the attendance status.
After using one of the links from the e-mail, none of them will work, therefore if you wish to subsequently change your attendance status, you must do so manually as explained in the Indicating Attendance section.


Reminder confirmation e-mails are sent two hours before the scheduled start of the training session and only to members who have previously (manually of via a regular confirmation e-mail) indicated a tentative attendance status (maybe). The reminder e-mails contain only two direct one-time links: yes and no.
The purpose of reminder e-mails is to encourage you to decide on attending the session and to let other registered members know about your true intentions ;) For this reason, the reminder e-mails cannot be suppressed.


Club Managers

In case of questions regarding the electronic registration system, please contact one the persons having membership status of "Club Manager". You can find them in the member list of the respective club. Select the club by clicking the My Memberships link on the left hand side navigation pane, click on the club name and then click on the "Club Members" link on the left hand side navigation pane.

For inquiries in connection with club activities, please contact members of the committee of the respective club. You can find them by selecting the club by clicking the My Memberships link on the left hand side navigation pane, click on the club name and then click on the "Club Committee" link on the left hand side navigation pane.
